Computer Aid

We are based at A-9 in Butler Plaza, which is a well-known spot for anyone looking for tech help. Computer Aid has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen a lot of different machines come through our door. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with computer towers opened up and wires running across the floor, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time trying to figure out why a machine is running slow or why a hard drive stopped working. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens and typing in commands. Butler Plaza is a busy place with a lot of other businesses around, so there is always someone coming in with a problem. We don't have a fancy waiting room; usually, people just stand by the desk while we take a quick look at their device. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and sometimes we have to tell people their computer is too old to bother with. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it; we just tell you what's broken and how much it will cost to fix. It is a small team here, and we just like working with computers. We aren't looking to grow into a huge company; we just want to keep the shop at A-9 running well and help the people who drop by Butler Plaza. We’ve been at this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
