Stri Sudhaar Kanya Inter College

We are located in the heart of Bareilly, specifically in Gali Arya Samaj in Biharipur. It’s an old part of the city with narrow lanes and lots of history. Stri Sudhaar Kanya Inter College is a place for girls to come and study. The building has been here for a long time and you can see that in the walls and the old doors. We don't have those big modern campuses you see in the news. It’s a local college where the neighborhood girls walk to every morning. The bells ring and the classrooms fill up with chatter. We try to keep things simple and focused on the books. Living and working in Biharipur means you see the same faces every day. It feels like a small community even though Bareilly is quite large. We have teachers who have been working in this one spot for their whole lives. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just open the windows and keep going with the lessons. It’s not always easy, but we make it work with what we have. The street outside is always busy with cycles and people, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t do much advertising; people just know us because their mothers or sisters came here before them. It’s a humble place, honestly. We just want the girls to finish their schooling and do okay in life. It is just us doing our part.
