You can find us over at Jamal Ahmad’s place, right near Himalya School on Bareilly Road. It’s in Gaujajali Uttar. Being near the school means it gets really loud when the bell rings and all the kids come out. We’ve gotten used to the noise though. The office is tucked away, so you might miss it if you aren’t looking. We share the space and it works out fine for us. There’s a lot of traffic on Bareilly Road, especially in the evenings, so we usually try to leave a bit late to avoid the worst of it. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some racks for the hardware. We do a lot of tech support and fix-it jobs. The walls are a bit yellowed and we have a calendar from three years ago still hanging up. No one bothered to take it down. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Jamal is around sometimes and we chat about the neighborhood. It’s a very local vibe here. We aren’t trying to be some big global firm. We just handle the tech stuff that comes our way. The floor is tiled and some of them are cracked. It doesn’t bother us much as long as the computers are running. We just focus on the work in front of us. It is a simple life on Bareilly Road.
