Nursari Teachers Training

We run the Nursari Teachers Training program over at Bareilly Inter College. You can find us on Kalibari Road in the Civil Lines area. It is a well-known spot because of Bareilly College being right there. We focus on teaching people how to become nursery teachers. It’s a specific kind of work, dealing with very small children, so the training covers a lot of different things. We spend our days in the classroom going over how to manage a room full of energetic kids. The building has a lot of history to it since it’s part of the college grounds. People coming from different parts of Bareilly usually find it easy to get here because Civil Lines is quite central. We have been doing this for a bit now. It is not a very loud place, mostly just a group of people sitting down and learning the ropes of the teaching profession. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us and the students in the college rooms. Sometimes we have a lot of paperwork to get through, but that’s expected. We see a lot of local faces coming through our doors wanting to start a career in schools. It feels good to see them move on and get jobs later. We just keep things moving here on Kalibari Road, teaching what we know to anyone willing to listen and learn.
