Mindmine Software Solutions is tucked away on the first floor of C-37 in Rajendra Nagar. Bareilly isn't exactly Silicon Valley, but we do our bit with computers and code. It’s a small office. We have a handful of computers and a lot of coffee cups lying around. We spend most of our day looking at screens and trying to fix bugs. It’s not glamorous. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it’s back. We handle different kinds of software work for people who come to us. Some are local businesses needing a simple fix, others want something more complex. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a keyboard. Rajendra Nagar is a nice area, quite easy to find once you get into the colony. We don't wear suits or anything. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We listen to what the client wants, then we try to build it. Sometimes it takes longer than we thought, that’s just how software goes. We don't use much jargon when talking to people. We just explain what the program does and how to use it. If it breaks, they call us and we fix it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Bareilly. It’s home, and we get to do what we like without the big city stress. We're just tech folks in a local neighborhood.
