K T Shah is found at Dalmia Estate, L-4, just off LBS Marg in Mulund West. We are part of the Bardoli section of the estate. It’s a busy industrial and commercial patch where everyone is always moving something. Our office is a straightforward place with desks and files. We have been working from this Mulund address for quite some time now. LBS Marg is always packed with traffic, which brings a lot of life to the area. We handle our daily business without much noise. It is mostly about keeping track of orders and making sure things get where they need to go. We are not a shop where you walk in to browse items on a shelf. It is more about the paperwork and the phone calls that keep a business running. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years. We share tea and talk about how the market is moving. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and head home when the day is done. It is a practical office in a hardworking part of Mumbai.
