99 Developers

99 Developers is located at A-1 in Village Kanav. We are right on the Main Road along National Highway 6/A in Palsana. Being so close to the highway means we get plenty of dust and truck noise, but it is a great spot for our business. We work on building projects and developing different pieces of land out here. It is a lot of outdoor work for us. We are often out at the construction sites getting our boots dirty instead of sitting in a chair. We do not stay in an air-conditioned office all day long. We spend our time dealing with bricks, cement, and the local crews. It is hard work and the sun gets very hot in the afternoons. But we really like seeing a flat piece of land turn into something useful for people. We have been working in the Palsana area for a good bit of time now. We know the local rules and we know most of the people around here. We are not trying to be the biggest development company in the world. We just want to build things that are going to stay standing for a long time. We handle everything from the early planning to the actual construction side. It is often a messy process. There are always some delays with materials or the weather. We just keep moving the work forward.
