Trainingco Consultant Firm

Our firm, Trainingco Consultant Firm, is located in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. To be specific, we are at Dalur Bandh Colliery Number 4 in Pandaveswar. We share the space with Sri Baleshwar Singh’s office. It’s a very industrial area, as you can imagine being near a colliery. Our office is not a place for suits and ties. It’s a place for people who are ready to work. We focus on training and consulting for the local industries. Most of the people who come to us are workers or managers from the nearby mines and plants. We keep our teaching simple and practical because that’s what people need. We don’t have fancy presentation screens or high-tech classrooms. Usually, it’s just us with some printed notes and a lot of talking. We know the local dialect and the way things are done around here, which helps. It can be a bit noisy and dusty given where we are, but it’s an honest place to work. We don't bother with a mission statement or trying to sound like we’re from a big city. We just want to make sure the folks who come through our doors leave with a bit more knowledge than they had when they walked in. It’s straightforward work in a tough environment, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Pandaveswar. We show up, handle the sessions, and try to be as helpful as possible to everyone.
