Aapan Enterprise

We set up Aapan Enterprise over at Plot No.1462/1 in Ram Krishnapur. Barasat is a big place, but our little corner is a bit tucked away. The plot is large enough for us to store what we need, though we are constantly rearranging things to make more room for new stock. It’s a busy environment most of the time. We have people coming in and out, and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about their orders. The building itself is pretty simple, just brick and mortar with a tin roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains. Ram Krishnapur has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s mostly just a few of us handling everything from taking orders to loading the trucks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but usually we head home when the sun goes down. The road leading to the plot is a bit narrow, so the big trucks have a hard time turning around. We often have to go out and help guide them in so they don't hit anything. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We like being in Barasat and having our own space to run the business the way we want. It gets dusty and sweaty in the summer, but we keep the fans going.
