The Rainbow International School

The Rainbow International School is out near Daudbat Chowk on the Amarpur Road in Bhagalpur. This part of Habibpur can get quite busy with all the vehicles heading towards the main market or the highway. Our school is a familiar sight for the people living around Daudbat Chowk, and we see the same faces every day at the gate. The morning starts with the school buses pulling in, which is always a bit of a struggle with the traffic on Amarpur Road. We have several floors of classrooms and a small area where the kids can run around during their breaks. The building is nothing fancy, just concrete and paint, but it’s our daily workspace. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual school stuff like lost water bottles, broken pencils, and parents asking about the bus timings. The weather in Bhagalpur can be very humid, so the ceiling fans are almost always running at full speed. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many children, there’s always a bit of mess by the end of the day. It’s a straightforward school where we focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids are safe. We’ve been part of this Habibpur community for a bit now, just doing our job of running a local school. It can be loud and tiring, but it's what we do here in Bhagalpur, and we are used to the noise by now.
