Commercial Street is always a bit chaotic, but that’s where you’ll find Zain Real Estate & Developers. We’ve been operating out of this area for quite some time now. It’s not the quietest place to have an office, but it keeps us right in the middle of things where the action is. People walk in all the time asking about shops or houses, and we just try to give them the facts. Real estate around here changes so fast, so we spend a lot of our day just keeping up with who is selling what. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. The office is simple, just a few chairs and some files everywhere. We mostly deal with local folks who know the neighborhood or people looking to start something new on this side of town. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit, but that’s just life on Commercial Street. We’ve seen businesses come and go over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It’s a busy life, looking at plots and talking through paperwork. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with complicated talk. It’s just about finding a space that works for someone’s budget and needs. Our team is small, mostly just a couple of us who know these streets like the back of our hands. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the shops start closing up at night.
