Aakanksha Estates Pvt Ltd is based over at No 20 in Maruti Mansion. You can find us on the 1st Main and 1st Cross in Byappanahalli. It can be a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the neighborhood. Maruti Mansion isn't a giant skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a regular, older building where we have our office space. We have been here since the early days of the business. The name Aakanksha has a lot of meaning for us, so we have always kept it simple. Byappanahalli has changed quite a bit since the metro started running, but our little corner feels mostly the same. We have a few desks and some old metal filing cabinets that squeak every time you open a drawer. It’s an honest, plain place to work. We don’t like to spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We would rather just focus on the tasks we have to do each day. Sometimes the street out front gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to wait a while to get the car out. That’s just part of living in this part of the city. We know all the neighbors and the man who sells tea around the corner. It feels like a real community. Aakanksha Estates is just a part of the scene here now. We don't need a lot of space, just enough to get the job done.
