We are based in Vyalikaval at 41/1 on the 2nd Main Road. Aishwarya Homes Developers & Builders has been operating out of this space for a long time. Vyalikaval is one of those older parts of the city where everyone kind of knows each other. Our office reflects that. It's a bit lived-in and comfortable. We aren't the type to have a sleek, glass-walled office. We prefer being on the 2nd Main Road where we can see what’s going on. It’s a busy street but that’s part of the charm. We spend our days planning and talking to people. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's dead silent. We take it as it comes. The address is easy to remember. We have a small sign out front so you don’t miss us. It’s just a regular building with regular people inside. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this window. New buildings going up everywhere. But we stay focused on what we have to do here. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk plain English and get to the point. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and going over some drawings. That’s just a normal day for us at Aishwarya Homes. We’re just local builders trying to do a decent job every day. The front door sticks a little when it's raining, but we're used to its quirks. It's a solid place to work from.
