Jadhav E - Comm Innovations

Our place is in the Shriram Suhana Apartment complex, specifically unit AJ- 802 in F Block. Being on Doddaballapur Road means we see a lot of development and construction going on around us all the time. Jadhav E - Comm Innovations isn't some massive warehouse operation; it’s mostly just us working out of this apartment space. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of packages or paperwork piled up near the front door. The commute for some of us is just a lift ride away, while others have to deal with the dusty road outside. It’s a quiet block for the most part, though you can hear kids playing in the common areas sometimes during the late afternoons. We spend our time managing online stuff, checking orders, and making sure the digital side of things stays upright. The balcony has a decent view, which is where we usually take our lunch breaks when it isn't too hot. It’s not a formal office environment at all. We wear whatever is comfortable and usually have a radio or some music playing quietly in the background. Sometimes the security guards at the gate get confused about who is coming to see us, but we’ve sorted that out for the most part. It’s just a regular small business trying to keep up with the fast pace of the internet from a residential building. Nothing too complicated about it, just us and our computers. We focus on the daily list and try not to get distracted.
