YECHREDDY ESTATES LLP

Yechreddy Estates LLP is situated in unit C 402 of the Adarsha Residency. This is located in the 8th Block of Jayanagar. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential complex rather than a standard office building. We like the quiet atmosphere it provides. Jayanagar 8th Block is a nice area with plenty of parks and houses nearby. Finding C 402 is easy enough once you get inside the residency. We are on the fourth floor, and the lift usually works fine. The office is basically a converted apartment space. It’s comfortable and has a kitchen where we make our own coffee. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the paperwork for the estates. Sometimes you can hear people talking in the corridors or cars pulling into the parking lot below. It feels much more like a home than a stiff office. We spend most of our hours here checking records and talking to people on the mobile. The sunlight comes in through the big windows in the afternoon, which makes it a pleasant place to be. We don’t have a lot of staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us here. We prefer this simple setup over something more expensive in a high-rise. It suits the way we operate. Jayanagar is a great place to be based because everything you need is just a short walk away.
