Our office is located at Number 884, on the 2nd Main in Rajajinagar. We are in the 2nd Stage, D Block area. It is a classic part of Bangalore with lots of old houses and small shops around. We have a small space here where we do our work. Y And S Innovations isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who have been working together for some time. The building is an older one, but it is sturdy and keeps the heat out. We have fans in every room because the Bangalore summers are definitely getting warmer lately. There is no big reception area or waiting room. If you walk in, you are basically in the middle of our workspace. We have books and papers piled up on some of the desks. It is not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We usually take our breaks at the local parks nearby or walk to one of the many small cafes in Rajajinagar for some tea. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the market or the temple nearby. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded while we work. We do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning, drink some coffee, and start working on our tasks for the day.
