You can find us at 501, Vars Allseasons in Bangalore. It’s a decent building and we’ve been on the fifth floor for some time now. Being at Worx Pvt. Ltd. feels like being part of a small family. We have our routines and our favorite spots for lunch around the 560017 area. The office has a good view of the street, though we mostly spend our time looking at our screens. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more traditional, with walls and doors. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all end up sitting around talking until it comes back. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are usually a few half-empty tea cups on the tables and some old newspapers in the corner. We do our work without making a big fuss about it. We aren't interested in being the most famous company in Karnataka. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. We’ve got a mix of young and old staff, which keeps things interesting. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are just learning the ropes. We try to help each other out when things get complicated. It’s a simple, honest place to work and we like it that way. We don't go for overcomplicating things when a simple solution will work.
