Winstar Projects Llp is located in the Redifice Signature building on Hospital Road in Shivajinagar. We are up on the 4th floor in Unit-6, A/6. Being in the heart of Bengaluru like this means there is never a dull moment. You can hear the city noise all the way up here, which is just part of being in Shivajinagar. Our office is where we handle the planning and the paperwork for our various projects. It is a functional space with a few desks, some computers, and a lot of storage for all the project files we accumulate. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at blueprints to notice. We have a small crew that handles the day-to-day operations. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or someone in a suit greeting you at the door. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried in a spreadsheet or talking on the phone with a site foreman. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to meet with vendors and visit our different sites around the city. The stairs to the 4th floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping our projects on track without making a big fuss about things. It is just how we run the business.
