We operate out of No. 40/1A in the Basappa Complex, right on Lavelle Road. This is where Wep Peripherals Ltd. has its main setup. It’s an interesting spot because Lavelle Road has so much history, and our building, the Basappa Complex, is part of that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the daily routine. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. You'll see plenty of computer parts and boxes around because that's the core of what we do. We manage peripherals and all the small bits that make computers actually useful for people. It’s a hands-on kind of job. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know each other's habits and how the coffee machine works—which is to say, not very well. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate jargon. We just try to be reliable and get things done. Being in this part of town means we get a lot of foot traffic nearby, but inside the office, it’s usually just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the hardware and the customers who need it. It’s not flashy, but it’s a living. We’re just glad to be part of the local business community here.
