VINIRVA DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based over at No. 9 in the Inchara building. It is right across from United Motors in the Nanjundappa Gardens area of R S Palya. It’s a lively part of Bangalore to work in. Our setup is an LLP that handles both design and construction work. This means our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and material samples everywhere. We don't really bother with a professional cleaning crew every day, so there’s usually some dust from the latest site visit on the floor. Being near United Motors makes it easy to give people directions. We spend our time trying to figure out how to make a design actually work in the real world. Sometimes what looks good on a computer screen is a nightmare to actually build, so we spend a lot of time arguing about that. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of architects and engineers. It’s just us and a few regular contractors we trust. We've seen R S Palya change a lot over the years, and it feels good to be part of the local business scene here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate polish. We just try to make sure the walls are straight and the client is happy enough with the results. It's a lot of phone calls and driving through Bangalore traffic, but that is just how the construction business goes for us.
