Our office is located at No. 2 on the fifth floor of a building on Ulsoor Road. It’s right behind The Oberoi and opposite DSL Software, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the landmarks. VDB & IDC PROJECTS LIMITED LIABILITY PAR TNERSHIP is where we do our daily work. It’s a professional enough space, but we don't worry too much about having the latest furniture or looking like a magazine ad. We just need a place to sit and get through our project lists. The fifth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street, which is nice because Ulsoor Road gets very loud. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine down. Usually, the morning is for meetings and the afternoon is for site visits or paperwork. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some huge international corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage projects. Sometimes things go wrong, like a permit taking too long or a contractor not showing up, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not always glamorous. We don't have a marketing department to make us sound better than we are. We just work hard and hope the results speak for themselves.
