Our place is tucked away on Annadanappa Lane 8, just off the main Avenue Road. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze around here with all the trucks and people moving boxes all day long. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. Distribution is basically just a lot of lifting, checking lists, and making sure the right packages get to the right people. It gets pretty dusty with all the cardboard moving around. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a desk where we handle the paperwork and plenty of space for the stock. Avenue Road is always loud, so you get used to the noise of the traffic while you're working. Some mornings are a real rush when the new shipments come in and we have to find space for everything. We try to stay organized but things get messy when we're busy. There isn't much to see if you come by, just rows of items waiting to be sent out. We deal with various shops and other businesses around the city. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is at the door asking about an order. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a headache for the drivers. We just focus on getting the crates moved and the invoices signed. That's our day from start to finish.
