Being at 31, 4th Cross in Sbm Colony means we are right in the middle of Mathikere. It’s a decent area to work in. The 8th Main road gets pretty crowded during the morning rush hour. We started Bel because we wanted to be in this neighborhood. The building we are in is an older one. You can see some wear on the walls and the floor if you look close enough. We don't mind it much. It feels lived in and comfortable. We have a small staff here. Most of us live nearby so we just walk to work every day. It saves on petrol and we get some exercise. The front door sticks sometimes when it rains. We keep meaning to fix it but haven't gotten around to it yet. Our desks are pushed together to make more space in the middle of the room. It helps when we have to talk about a project or check some papers together. There's no reception area really. If you come in, you'll see us working right away. We usually have the radio on low in the background. It helps the day pass by a bit faster. We don't have a big website or anything fancy. Most people find us through word of mouth in Blore-54. It’s simpler that way for everyone. We just do what needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and wait it out. It’s just part of the job here. We close up when the work is finished and go home to our families.
