Mathikere is a busy spot, and our place at 22(299/299A) is right in the thick of it. The address looks a bit confusing on paper with all those numbers, but once you’re on the street, it’s easier to find. We deal with all sorts of electronics here. The shop floor is usually a bit of a maze because we have so many boxes of fans and small kitchen stuff stacked up. One of the lights near the back flickers sometimes, and we keep saying we’ll fix it, but we never quite get around to it. It’s a practical space, nothing too bright or shiny. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we spend a good chunk of our mornings with a cloth, wiping down the screens and the tabletops. It’s mostly local folks coming in, maybe someone whose fridge gave out or a student needing a new kettle. We keep a ledger on the desk to track things manually because the software acts up sometimes. The afternoon heat can be a bit much, but we have a couple of big fans running. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized. We aren't doing anything fancy, just selling what's on the shelves and helping people carry heavy stuff out to their vehicles when it's needed. We stay open until the street starts to quiet down.
