You can find the VANANI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP office over at No. 48/2/9 on 3rd A Main. We are located right on 5th Cross in Someshwaranagar, here in Bangalore 560064. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a front room where we meet people and a back area where we keep all our tools and site gear. We mostly do building and development work around this part of Karnataka. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at local building sites. The office is often a bit messy with samples of tiles or bricks lying around, but that’s just how we work. We like being able to touch the materials and show them to people. Dealing with the 5th Cross traffic can be a pain, but being central helps us get to our projects faster. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do good work that stays standing for a long time. It’s honest labor, and we’re proud of that. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we’re busy. We just keep building until the project is actually finished.
