It is a lot of desk work and phone calls. Sometimes the elevators take forever, but that's just how it goes in these big office blocks. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the work at hand here in Karnataka. Everyone in the office knows their job and we just get on with it. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty low-key inside. No one is wearing suits unless they absolutely have to. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us, even if parking on Residency Road is a total nightmare most days. If you're coming by, it’s best to take an auto or just walk from the nearest stop. We keep the office open during the usual hours and there's usually someone around to answer questions about what we are working on.
