Vaishishtya Real Estate Developers Llp is tucked away on the first floor of a building on Ramanna Lane, which is right off Arcot Srinivasachar Street. If you know that part of Bangalore, you know it is always crowded and moving. We have our little space at No. 8 where we handle the real estate side of things. It is mostly about looking at maps, dealing with the authorities, and trying to figure out where the next project should happen. We spend a lot of time on our phones or walking over to different sites nearby to see how things are progressing. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and chairs and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes it gets quite noisy with the street traffic down below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we saw how much the city was changing and we wanted to be a part of the building process. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is basically just buying, selling, and figuring out the best way to develop a plot of land so it is actually useful for someone. Most of the people we work with are locals who have been in the neighborhood as long as we have. We just try to be honest about what is possible and what isn't when it comes to property.
