This part of the business is handled through our contact point with S H Kumbar. It’s a bit different because we rely a lot on that specific email for communication, the Yahoo one. We’ve been operating like this for some time, managing things through Shekhar Kumbar’s desk. It might seem a bit old school to some people, using a personal-sounding email for work, but it works for us and our regulars know how to reach us. There isn't a big flashy office to show off here. It’s more about the individual connection and getting the parts or information out to whoever needs them. We spend a lot of time responding to queries and checking on orders. Sometimes the internet is slow or the inbox gets a bit cluttered, but we eventually get through everything. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, really. Just one person or a small group making sure the gears keep turning behind the scenes. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything, just a computer and a commitment to keeping things moving. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the electronics world over the years, but we just keep sticking to what we know. It’s simple, direct, and it gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss. If you send a note, we see it. That's pretty much how we spend our days, just keeping the flow going. We’ve been here for years, and while the email stays the same, the technology we talk about is always evolving.
