We’re based in Khaniza Bhavan on the 1st floor. It’s located at 49 Race Course Road. The location is quite central, so we see a lot of the city's movement from here. The building itself is an older one, quite sturdy and traditional. We’ve got our office spread out on the first floor. It’s not one of those modern open-plan offices where everyone is on top of each other. We have our own spaces and it’s relatively organized, though some desks are definitely more cluttered than others. Working at Trigent means being part of a routine that’s been going on for a long time. We have our regulars at the tea stall outside and we know the security guards by name. Inside, the air conditioning hums all day and there’s always the sound of typing. We deal with a lot of software stuff, so there are always cables and extra monitors around. We don't really do the whole "cool startup" vibe with beanbags or games. We just have our chairs and our work. It’s a professional but relaxed place. We don't have strict rules about every little thing as long as the work gets done. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just a normal office life in a busy part of the city. We keep it simple and focus on the day’s workload.
