Transcity Developers

Our main office for Transcity Developers is on the second floor of building number 32. We are situated on 13th Cross in Sadashiva Nagar. It’s a fairly standard office space with a couple of rooms for meetings and a larger area where most of us sit. We’ve been working from this location for several years now. The 13th Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the turns in Sadashiva Nagar, but once you're here, it’s a quiet enough spot. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land development and planning out new projects. It involves a lot of sitting around large tables looking at maps and arguing over where things should go. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. Our desks are usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee mugs. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch together most days. It’s a practical environment. People drop by to talk about land or to see how a project is coming along. We give them a straight answer and tell them what’s happening. There’s no big marketing pitch involved. We just focus on the development side of things and try to make sure every project gets finished. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of coordination, but that’s just what we do here every day. We just take it one step at a time and keep moving.
