You can find us over at Shankar House near Mekhri Circle. We are way up on the 14th floor, not the 4th like I sometimes tell people by mistake. The view of the traffic below is actually pretty interesting when you need a break from the computer screen. Terranova Townships Pvt Ltd is what the sign says on the door. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that doesn't happen too often. We focus on township projects and general land stuff around Sadashiva Nagar and beyond. The office is usually full of maps and rolled-up blueprints that never seem to stay flat. We aren’t a massive team, just a handful of us making sure things get done on the sites. It’s a lot of coordinating with people and making sure the supplies are where they should be. Mekhri Circle is always loud, so we keep the windows shut mostly. We have a small pantry where we spend too much time talking about the weather or the commute. It’s a practical place. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything, just standard desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been at this for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows. People come in to ask about plots or just to check on progress. We give them the facts and keep it simple. It's just a regular workday here.
