Tedlite Llp is based at No. 90, on 34th B Cross in the 4th T Block of Jayanagar. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees, which we appreciate. Our office is just a regular room where we handle our daily tasks. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs, and our equipment. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the pace of this neighborhood. It’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We spend our hours working on various projects. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s a flat team where everyone just chips in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. It’s a bit lived-in, with some stacks of papers and maybe a few empty cups here and there. We usually head out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby. There are plenty of good places to choose from. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just show up, do the work, and then head home when the day is done. It’s a steady routine that works for us. Most of the time we are just sitting here with our headphones on, focused on the screen.
