SWB PROPERTIES LLP is based out of Dooravaninagar. We are at Post No. 86 on Old Madras Road. If you are familiar with the 560016 area of Bangalore, you know it gets quite a bit of traffic. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We deal with property matters, which involves a lot of paperwork and meeting people. The Old Madras Road stretch is always developing, so there is always something going on nearby. We have been at this location for some time now. It is a straightforward office, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend most of our mornings going through listings and talking to people about land or buildings. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to the office a real pain, but we show up anyway. Being in Bangalore-Bangalore, as the address says, means we see all kinds of property situations. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the real estate world. We do not use those big fancy slogans you see on billboards. We just talk to folks and see what can be done with the properties we have on hand. It gets tiring, but it is what we do. The office is a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is. Most days are just about keeping things moving forward. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy enough.
