Surya Components

Surya Components is situated at No- 24 and 25 on the 4th Cross in Garudacharpalya. We are right across from Vst Tillers Tractors, which is a big landmark in this part of Mahadevapura Post. Our shop is where we make various small components for machines and engines. We started out with just one small room and eventually took over the space next door. Now we have two units, but it still feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock. The street outside is usually busy with people and small vehicles. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of grinding and metal hitting metal. We don’t have a website or any social media. Most of our customers just know us because we’ve been here so long. We have a few guys who handle the manual work and I take care of the orders and the billing. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, and I’m not very fast at it. We try to keep things organized, but when we get a big order, everything gets a bit chaotic for a few days. We use traditional methods for most of what we do. It works for the types of parts we make. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide for our families and keep the machines running. It’s a steady job and we like the neighborhood.
