Our branch is located in Adugodi, Bangalore, right near the Ganesha Temple. It’s a very local spot and almost everyone in this part of town knows where the temple is, which makes it easy for people to find us. We operate under the Mahindra & Mahindra name here. This isn't one of those high-rise glass offices you see in other parts of Bangalore. It’s a much more grounded, working-class kind of place. We deal with vehicles and equipment, so there is always a bit of dust and the smell of oil in the air. We’ve been at this Adugodi site for many years now, and some of the staff have been here since they were young. We have a big gate and a yard where the vehicles come in. The office itself is just a few rooms with old wooden desks and cabinets full of records. We don't have any fancy coffee machines; we usually just get a cup from the stall down the road or the temple area. On festival days, it gets very crowded around here with people going to the temple, but we just work around it. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real environment. We don't spend time on polished presentations or corporate talk. We just focus on the machines and getting them out to where they need to go. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. The rain in Bangalore can make the yard a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep moving. We aren't worried about looking professional in a corporate sense. We just want to make sure the equipment is handled correctly and the job is finished on time. The coffee here is terrible, so we stick to the tea.
