We’ve been set up here in B.T.M Layout for quite a while now. Most people around Bangalore know the name, but this specific spot is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It gets pretty busy with the traffic outside, especially during peak hours. The team here just gets on with the work. We aren't really into fancy speeches or big posters. It’s mostly about dealing with the technical side of things and making sure everything runs like it should. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and parts, but we know where everything is. People stop by for various reasons, and we try to help out without making a big fuss. It’s an older building, not like those shiny new glass towers you see in Electronic City. We prefer it this way though. It feels more grounded. Bangalore has changed so much around us, yet we stay right here in B.T.M doing what we do. Our desks are usually piled high, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which keeps us going. It isn't a glamorous life, just steady work. We don't have a giant reception desk or anything. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone on a phone or typing away at a computer. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for years and most of the local shopkeepers know our faces. That’s just how Bosch Ltd operates from this corner of the city.
