Our Bangalore office is in K.S. Town, specifically on the 60Ft Road. We are at number 217 on 6th Main Road. It is a good location because it is easy to explain to people where we are. The 60Ft road usually has plenty of traffic, so there is always something to see out the window. The office itself is just a regular room with some partitions we put up to give everyone a bit of space. We deal with silicones, so sometimes there is a faint smell of materials in the air, but we don't mind it. It is a busy place. We are usually juggling three things at once. We do not have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. There are wires running along the walls for the internet and phones, and we have a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We usually take turns getting tea for the group in the afternoon. It is a very informal atmosphere. We do not have long corporate meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It has been our home for a while now, and we have gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the door that sticks when it is raining. We just get on with the jobs we have to do and try to stay organized enough to find everything.
