Our office is located at Number 21 in the Raja Glitez building. This is right on K H Double Road, also known as Kh Road. It’s a very central part of the city, so there is always something going on outside. You can hear the buses and cars from the moment we open up in the morning until we leave at night. The Raja Glitez building has a few different businesses in it. We are up on one of the floors in Office No 21. It’s a functional space. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area for guests to sit. It’s not decorated with expensive art or anything. We mostly have charts and calendars on the walls to keep track of our schedule. Kh Road is a landmark in itself. Everybody knows it. Because we are in a bigger building, it feels a bit more structured than a standalone shop, but we still keep things pretty simple inside. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to people who walk in. The lift in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs. It’s a busy environment and we are just one part of it. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the pace of the area. It’s a practical location for a realty company to have its base. It can get a bit loud with the traffic but we’re used to it. We just get on with things.
