Sri Shaankari Contractors LLP

Sri Shaankari Contractors LLP is located at No. 14 and 15 on the 2nd Floor. We are on 4th Cross, Lake Road, near Kengunte Cross in Mallathalli. This is in the Bangalore South region, 560056. The office is right there near the lake, so sometimes we take a walk during lunch to clear our heads. It’s a pretty standard building with a few other businesses around us. We have two units combined to give us enough space for all our equipment and files. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage. Being on the 2nd floor means we get a little bit of a breeze if the windows are open. Mallathalli is a decent area, not as crazy as the central business district. We spend our mornings checking on our various contracting jobs and our afternoons here doing the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We don't have a professional interior designer or anything; we just put the desks where they fit. People in the neighborhood know us as the local contractors who have been around for a bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that works out of a modest office on Lake Road. It’s a practical space for practical work.
