SPECTRUM ANNAPURNA DSCL SMART CITY LLP

Spectrum Annapurna DSCL Smart City LLP is based on the second floor of the Petechannappa Industrial Estate. We are situated at No. 96, right on Magadi Main Road in Kamakshipalya. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of trucks and machines moving around all day long. Being in an industrial estate means it gets quite dusty and loud, but it suits the kind of work we do. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is more of a functional room with some tables, chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent coordinating things for the smart city work we are involved in. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise in every day. We’ve been in Kamakshipalya for a bit and we like being near the main road because it makes it easier for people to drop things off. The office isn’t always perfectly tidy because we are usually in the middle of three different things at once. We are just a small group of people working on big urban projects. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the plans are right and the meetings happen on time. It is practical work for a growing city, and we are right in the middle of it.
