We are tucked away in Shanthi Apartments, specifically Building 7, over in Jayanagar 9th Block. Flat 405 is our base in Bangalore. It’s more of an office-home setup than a regular commercial space. It stays fairly quiet up here on the fourth floor. You have to use the elevator, which makes this strange clicking sound, but it gets you where you need to go. We’ve got some desks and a lot of boxes stacked up in the corners. Since it’s a residential building, we make an effort to keep the noise down for the neighbors. Most people living here are families. We handle the local Sony India business from this flat. It’s definitely not a big showroom with flashy lights and displays. It’s just a place where the actual work happens. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes it a struggle to get here on time, but we manage. The space feels a bit cramped whenever we get a new shipment in. We usually take a break for tea around four in the afternoon. It’s a simple, informal setup. Just some regular people doing their jobs. If you need to find us, look for Building 7 near the park. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. You just ring the doorbell and someone will let you in. It’s an honest, quiet way to work, and we like the neighborhood feel of Jayanagar.
