Solectron Ems India Ltd is based at 518, 4th Cross on 4th Main Road here in Bangalore. We are in the 560 064 zip code area. It’s a regular building in a busy part of the city. We’ve got a lot of electronic equipment and parts packed into our space. It’s not the most spacious place, but we make it work. Most days are spent sitting at the benches working on different boards. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist to talk to. If you walk in, you'll probably just see someone working. We don't really do much in the way of sales or promotions. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We deal with small parts and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. The noise from the street is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It’s pretty straightforward. We don't use fancy titles or have meetings for no reason. We just get to the work that needs doing.
