You can find Snowmist Properties LLP over in Jayanagar 3rd Block. We are on the third floor of Nadathur Place on 8th Main. It is a pretty nice part of Bangalore South to be in. The office is usually quiet, except for when the phones start ringing about different listings or lease agreements. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and visiting different spots around the city. Property work is mostly about knowing who is moving where and what is available. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller group of us trying to keep track of everything. Jayanagar has a lot of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant, even when the traffic is bad. We deal with a lot of different people, from folks looking for a new place to stay to those trying to sell. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show what we have and let people decide. Sometimes we are stuck in meetings for hours, and other times we are out and about all day. It is a balanced kind of life. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We have been here for a while and have seen the market go up and down plenty of times. We just stay focused on our current client list.
