SINGHAL HEIGHTS LLP

Singhal Heights LLP operates out of a first-floor office at No 174 on Lalbagh Road. We are specifically in the K S Garden area, right on the 4th cross. Being near Lalbagh means the traffic is almost always a factor, but it’s a central spot that works for us. The building itself is older, and you have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a lift that we use much. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, a few chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of cabinets filled with records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. South Bangalore has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Most days involve a lot of checking figures and coordinating with people across the city. It’s loud outside with the buses and cars on Lalbagh Road, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a handful of us making sure the business keeps running. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this city. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the workload. It’s not always pretty, but we get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
