Up here in Ganganagar, life at Shraddha Buildtech Projects Llp is pretty straightforward. We are located on the ground floor of No. 703, which makes it easy for the delivery guys to drop off materials without climbing stairs. HMT Layout is a nice part of Bangalore, it has a bit of a residential feel but there’s always something being built or fixed up nearby. We spend our days managing various projects and trying to keep everything on schedule, which is easier said than done. The office is on the 5th Cross and 7th Main, so it’s easy to find once you know the turns. Most of us here have spent our whole lives around construction sites. We know the smell of wet concrete better than anything else. It’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. We don't go in for those high-rise corporate offices because that’s not really who we are. We like being on the ground where the action is. Sometimes the traffic in Ganganagar makes getting to the site a headache, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We just try to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s about making things that last and not overcomplicating the process. Usually, the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is and we get the work done eventually.
