SHOURYA HOUSING VENTURES LLP

We are located at 240/1 on the 13th Cross in Sarakki. It’s in the 1st Phase area, right near the Anjaneya Temple. If you know that landmark, you won't have much trouble finding Shourya Housing Ventures LLP. Bangalore South is a busy place, and this street is no exception. There is always someone walking by or a scooter zooming past our door. Our space is functional and a little lived-in. We have stacks of files that probably need better organizing, and the printer usually makes a weird noise when it’s warming up. We spend our days dealing with housing stuff, which means a lot of talking and even more paperwork. It’s not the kind of job that looks good in a movie, but it’s what we know. The temple nearby means we hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of keyboards clicking. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old cupboards for the files. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we’re used to the pace here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get through the daily list of tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning till evening.
