Shah Pharma

Shah Pharma is located over at Nayandahalli Karve Road 791/4. If you know the area, you know how busy Karve Road gets, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get home. Our shop is tucked in there, and honestly, the shelves are pretty packed with boxes and bottles. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a few people come in at once. I spend a lot of my day just checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be on the racks. The floors are a bit worn down from people walking in and out all day, but that’s just how it is in a local business. We’ve got this old fan that makes a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving so we don't mind it much. People from the Nayandahalli neighborhood stop by for all sorts of things. Sometimes they just want to ask a simple question about something they read on a bottle. We don't have any fancy posters or a big marketing team telling us how to talk to customers. We just talk to people like neighbors because that’s what they are. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps me read the small print on the medicine boxes. At the end of the day, we pull down the shutters and head out into the Karve Road traffic ourselves. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet. There’s always someone new stopping by for something.
