You can find us at 514E on the 1st Main road, in the 2nd Stage of Vijayanagar. We are right on the Club Road, which is a fairly well-known landmark around here. The Karnataka State Pharmacy Council office is usually a hive of activity. There are always people coming in with papers, looking to get their registrations sorted or asking questions about pharmacy rules. It’s a lot of clerical work, to be honest. We have rows of filing cabinets and desks that are often buried under stacks of applications. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, the fans hum all day long. We talk to pharmacists from all over the state. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the deadlines for renewals are approaching. We take our breaks at the small tea stalls along Club Road. The 1st Main is a busy stretch, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door, even when the queue gets long. It’s a lot of checking names and dates and making sure the stamps are in the right place. We aren't trying to be anything more than a functional council office. It’s just us doing the administrative work that keeps the local pharmacy sector organized and legal for everyone.
