We’re located at 3-b in the Second Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. Anyone who works in Bangalore knows Peenya is the heart of the industrial side of things. It’s a massive area, and we are just one part of it. Our site is a functional space designed for production and storage. At Kemwell International, we aren't really interested in the flashy side of the business world. We’re more concerned with the machines running right and the schedules being met. The roads in Peenya can be a bit rough, and there’s always a lot of dust from all the construction and trucks, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just how it is here. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know the ropes. We don't have long meetings about synergy or anything like that. We just talk about what’s on the floor and what needs to be shipped out by Friday. The office part of the building is pretty basic—desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the practical side of things. When people come to visit us, they see a working facility, not a showroom. We take our work seriously, but we’re just regular people trying to do a good job. It’s a long day sometimes, especially with the commute, but we’ve built a good community here in Phase II.
