You can find Alcon Laboratories India Pvt. Ltd. up on the 5th floor of the Gopalakrishna Complex. We are situated at 45/3 on Residency Road, which is a pretty central spot in the city. Being on the 5th floor means we are a bit removed from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. We spend our days working in the office, mostly looking at screens or talking on the phone. It is a laboratory-related company, so things are usually kept quite orderly. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files. The walk from the elevator to our door is short, and we see the same people from the other offices every day. Residency Road is always a hub of activity, so getting to work can be a challenge if you are driving. We have grown used to the pace of this building. There is nothing particularly special about the office layout; it is just a functional space where we do our jobs. We do not do much in the way of advertising our presence; we just have our name on the directory downstairs. Our team handles the local operations from here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries, but we manage. It is a straightforward workplace. We arrive in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head out when the sun goes down. It is just how things go for us here in the complex on Residency Road.
